Since some courts house misdemeanors with felony records and other courts do not, all HRPLUS criminal searches include both felonies and misdemeanors - at no additional charge to our clients. HRPLUS provides this level of detail because a considerable percent of felony charges are pled down to misdemeanor convictions.

Broad Criminal Search
Search for felony and misdemeanor criminal records from the past 7 years, using the name and addresses provided by the applicant.
National Criminal Search PLUS
This invaluable database of 325 million plus criminal convictions offers the broadest search available to employers. Information sources include HRPLUS proprietary records, county courts, state agencies, OFAC, FBI and INTERPOL watch lists and many more. Because HRPLUS is committed to providing only the highest quality reports, all potential matches are verified with current information – at no additional charge – before the information is reported to our client. This ensures both the accuracy of the information and full FCRA compliance.
Combination Criminal Search
Another option available to employers wishing to maximize search coverage while maintaining cost-effectiveness is to combine a nationwide database search with a criminal search in the county of residence. The HRPLUS Combination Criminal Search includes the National Criminal Search PLUS as well as one Criminal Jurisdiction Search.
Expanded Criminal Search
The most comprehensive criminal search available. This search includes SSN verification and an unlimited number of searches in all jurisdictions for addresses listed by the applicant plus all jurisdictions identified by HRPLUS for all names provided by the applicant and all names identified by HRPLUS.
State Sex Offender Registry
Search of an individual state’s Sex Offender Registry. Registry status is reported back to our client along with available details.
OFAC Search
Searches the U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons. The search results are documented on the report.
Civil Court Search
Using the name, date of birth, and SSN provided, HRPLUS conducts a 7-year search of civil court records in the county provided. All records available and reportable are provided and include the current status and/or final outcome (judgment).
