Drug Testing Networks

Nationwide Collection Centers
Because every drug testing program relies heavily on the specimen collection process, HRPLUS has developed a network of more than 12,000 collection centers in all 50 states and Canada.

Our clients benefit from lower specimen collection costs while taking advantage of conveniently located collection sites. Our sites do not require appointments and are staffed by professionals who know their trade.

The integrity of the entire process depends on specimen collection conducted in timely manner and conforming to clinical procedures that ensure legal defensibility.

Laboratory Services
All testing programs implemented by HRPLUS use the testing services of our network of independent, certified laboratories. All laboratories must meet our extensive quality control requirements before being given the opportunity to serve our valued clients.

With a network that performs over 15 million tests annually, our clients can rest assured that tests are conducted by the most qualified and experienced technicians. For additional security, all tests that initially screen positive are immediately verified by GC/MS confirmation, and we also offer laboratory confirmation programs to test workplace specimens that screen inconclusive.

HRPLUS conducts blind sample testing of these laboratories to ensure that the testing process is both timely and accurate.

Negative test results are typically available within 24 hours of specimen shipment to one of more than 25 certified facilities. In many situations, same-day negative test results are available.

Medical Review (MRO) Services
No testing program is complete or legally defensible without the services of competent medical professionals. Our staff of Medical Review Officers (MROs) have all received special training in the are of substance abuse and are certified by the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO) or the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC).

Every positive test result is reviewed by our medical review department. Donors are given the opportunity to speak with medical staff and provide pertinent information for completion of the review process. These professionals make the difference between a marginal program and one that truly provides all the essential ingredients to protect the integrity of your company and the donor.
