Form I-9 Verification
The Immigration Reform and Control Act mandates that employers verify employment eligibility for all newly hired employees using the Form I-9. HRPLUS can conduct legal right-to-work verifications for employers to fulfill Form I-9 compliance.
We also offer social security number verification for current and former employees as well as electronic Form I-9 filing with an e-signature solution.

Workers’ Compensation Search
A verification of workers’ compensation claims made in a given state by the applicant in the past seven years. Results will include the date(s) of injury and the body part(s) injured. This service is not available in all states and is limited by law to post-offer inquiries.
DOT Previous Drug/Alcohol Test Results
HRPLUS will contact an applicant's previous employer(s) for the last 3 years and request previous drug/alcohol test results.
