Applicant Path Online Ordering
HRPLUS’ patent-pending Applicant Path Online Ordering is a web-based online application that removes the responsibility of data entry from the employer. With Applicant Path, the applicant completes an online application from any location with Internet access.

HRPLUS has developed proprietary patent-pending technology that enables the applicant to sign the completed application both an electronic signature and a pen-and-ink-like signature using the computer mouse. As a result, Applicant Path virtually eliminates the need to fax releases and creates a truly paperless solution.

Client Path Online Ordering
Online Client Path is a web-based application that enables our client to enter data and request background screening reports.

Fax Ordering
The applicant completes the application, disclosure and release forms, and the client faxes the documents to HRPLUS.

Electronic Data Transfer
This option is recommended for annual background verifications, such as driving records or criminal re-checks, which are conducted on a large numbers of employees at one time.

Integration Options
HRPLUS offers various technology solutions for integrating with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Options include web site integration, direct data transfers, request file uploads, applicant data entry, pre-population of input forms from existing information, kiosks, client input forms and any system using HR-XML consortium specifications.

Results Reporting
Results are reported via the HRPLUS secure web site regardless of ordering method.
