Employment Verification
HRPLUS verifies previous employment with the human resource department. The report includes verification of dates of employment, position, wages, termination status (voluntary or involuntary), eligibility for rehire, and negatives in the file.
5-year Employment Verification
HRPLUS conducts employment verifications for each employer during the previous 5 years.
Education Verification
A verification of the most significant event in the educational history as provided on the applicant’s application. Information obtained includes dates of graduation or dates of attendance, degree acquired and major study at the designated institution.
Professional License Verification
If the applicant has a professional license, we contact the licensing agency to verify that the license is current and in good standing. We will also report any disciplinary action available from the issuing agency.
Guaranteed Reference Program
The majority of Human Resource Departments provides minimal information on previous employees. Typically, previous employment data provided through Human Resources is limited to dates of employment, salary, termination status and perhaps eligibility for re-hire. This trend makes documented interviews with professional and personal references extremely important in the pre-employment selection process.
